How to use

Find Your “Just Right” Dosage:

Take 1 ml (1/3 of dropper) under the tongue, hold it for 30 seconds then swallow. See how you feel after 30 minutes, then increase the dose if necessary. Record each dropper dose. Be patient, it may take up to a week before your body starts showing results of CBD.
